At Gama this year I heard a very large number of stores asking me to get back to shipping with alliance. So I talked to my buddy Marc Aquino there (he’s a high falutin’ VP type now) and we hashed things out and orders are headed out! So those of you who are stores who buy form alliance or are customers who buy from stores who buy form alliance, will be ack ont he board for getting all the cool new stuff!

These products should land at the vaious distributors mid to late next week, give em a couple days to turn it aournd and out to their accounts and you should see it ont eh shelf at your FLGS within 10 -14 days!

Quick heads up that the ASC003 and the ASC002 are currently out of stock, more are “on the boat” right now and I expect to have those in hand near end of April/beginning of May. Until then, what the distributors have right now is all that is available!

The Ascension products are coming in with the same load that will bring the new art sleeves (Nope, Fawkes, and shufflin!) and deckboxes, plus a small restock on stuff I’m low on (but not out of) and the new Matte back sleeves!

I’m pretty excited about the new designs and the addition of amazing quality Matte sleeves to my offerings. These matte sleeves wear just as well as the rest of my products. I recently had some friends play test a couple sets of them at FNM several weeks in a row. after 12 rounds of draft play, with decks going in and out of the sleeves each week, not a single split and the sleeves look just like they did when I handed them over to the players!

It has come to my attention through customer feedback that the LGNMET001 Gun Metal sleeve has a serious defect. There appears to be a line running across the face of most of the sleeves. I have pulled random samples from the remaining inventory I have and found the problem to be persistent and unacceptable. I apologize for the lack of quality control on this product, it has been addressed at the factory and we are working on replacement product right now. It will be several months before these awesome looking sleeves are available for sale again.

If you were watching, you probably saw a lot of legion products rolling across your screen. Many competitors were using the North American 2011 Grand Prix “tour” deckboxes I made and many were playing my sleeves!

In a great finals match where Brian Kibler claimed his second Pro Tour win, both he and his opponent Paulo Vitor Damo da Rosa were both playing Legion Sleeves and Sporting Legion Deckboxes. Paulo opting with his Legion made Team Branded Sleeves for Channel Fireball, and the eventual winner, Brian Kibler using the Ascension branded items we’ve been producing for the fine folks over at Gary Games

Nate Petersen and John Clowdus are 2 such people who’ve recently asked me for numbers to produce sleeves for their small print games. Each has used the kickstarter.com method of funding their projects.

Final Twilight is moving towards full funding right now and if they get enough money in through kickstarter, they’ll add sleeves and boxes to their project to make it extra cool! Check em out!

Omen: A Reign of War has gotten full funding and is ready to roll into production! We’re finalizing their design and getting ready to drop it into the next run right now!

I’ve been getting a bunch of emails over the last few weeks with people telling me that their stores are telling THEM that I don’t make the Ascension sleeves anymore, I assure you that’s not true! (nor is it true in general that I’ve gone under and stopped producing anything, which is a slightly less often heard rumor). Please point your FLGS to the list of Distributors HERE, and have them order up whatever they need!

Ascension sleeves were a LITTLE scarce for a while, though they never ran completely out. ACD Distribution still had a couple cases when I received my restock back in November! The new combo boxes are here, and have begun shipping as well. The new MSRP is $18, features new art and it includes a free promo card! There was a pretty substantial delay on these items as we waited for the promo card to arrive from Gary Games… but that’s been resolved and they’re flying out the door!

My direct website is currently offline, as I have been traveling a great deal through the end of 2011, and I still fill all my orders personally.
